Presenter Bio: Hailey Kleban is a current student in the MS in Applied Data Science Online Program at UChicago, graduating in Winter 2025. She completed her undergraduate studies in 2022, double majoring in Finance and Economics & Strategy, with a minor in Computer Science. Hailey leverages her educational foundation with experience at American Express, where she works in the US Consumer group, focusing on pricing, data analysis, and strategic initiatives. Her current responsibilities include analyzing customer data and industry dynamics and collaborating with cross-functional business partners to ensure operational excellence. Previously, Hailey was hired into the highly selective Global Management program at Anheuser-Busch, where she led global projects impacting various aspects of the business. Hailey’s enthusiasm for applied learning shines through her involvement in the program, with her ability to swiftly integrate academic insights into her professional tasks. She values the diverse viewpoints and backgrounds of her peers, believing that collaborative learning enriches her educational experience.
