Ganghua Wang is a postdoctoral researcher at the Data Science Institute, having joined in September 2024 under the supervision of Prof. Haifeng Xu and Prof. Bo Li. He holds a Ph.D. in statistics from the University of Minnesota, where he was advised by Prof. Jie Ding and Prof. Yuhong Yang. His research focuses on trustworthy AI, bridging theoretical foundations with the development of practical algorithms. Recently, his work has concentrated on the security of generative models, particularly large language models, with the goal of building robust, reliable, and fair AI systems.
