Ramon Nogueira is an Assistant Professor of Neurobiology, Assistant Professor of Neuroscience Institute, and a member of the Committee on Computational Neuroscience at the University of Chicago. He combines machine learning and AI tools to understand the relationship between neural representations and behavior. He characterizes the computational support of cognition by analyzing the geometry of neural representations in the different areas of the brain and comparing them to the artificial representations in AI agents.
