Dr. Xiaoxue Du is Senior Director of AI Strategy and Operations, with a track record of leading digital transformations and driving strategic initiatives across industries. Her experience spans the education, IT, pharmaceuticals/life sciences, finance, and industrial sectors. She has worked with a top consulting firm, specializing in AI-driven product strategies, digital transformation, and operational excellence, as well as with the MIT Media Lab, where she contributed to research and teaching in AI literacy and Human-AI Interaction. Dr. Du writes and teaches about Human-AI Interaction, aiming to advance AI literacy and responsible AI adoption. She earned her doctorate from Teachers College, Columbia University, specializing in mixed-methods research to study complex socio-technical systems.
