As electric vehicle use increases, so does the need for ensuring seamless access to charging infrastructure. At Argonne National Laboratory, the EVRez app currently allows for EV charging reservations on campus as a perk of employment. As a byproduct, ANL is able to collect user reservation data and patterns of behavior. This proposal outlines the design and implementation of an AI powered support chatbot aimed to analyze the collected data and act as an aid to automate data visualizations, analysis, and boost user satisfaction. Leveraging a multi agent workflow architecture powered by a Gemini LLM, this chatbot will classify user queries as needing visualizations, and provide real-time data analysis. Through data analysis, multi-agent mapping, and model evaluation, this project aligns with ANL’s mission of developing smart, sustainable, and AI-inspired solutions for everyday data analysis.
